  • Onsite and remote support of covered hardware including: servers, desktop computers, networking and cabling.
  • Telephone response to emergency calls, during the normal coverage hours of 8AM to 5PM, within 45 minutes of notification.
  • Remote support response within 1.5 hours.
  • Onsite response within 2.0 hours.
  • Labor rates per maintenance agreement.
  • Monitoring of Cyber protection.
